We believe that co-living is not just about sharing physical spaces but also about creating a sense of community and belonging. Therefore, we carefully design our co-living spaces with shared areas such as kitchens, living rooms, and outdoor spaces to encourage social interaction, bonding, and growth, whether we are developing projects in the social, economy, or premium segment.

SOZIAL HOUSING / FAMILY HOMES
Our management company focuses on the operation of social housing, especially the management of family homes, with the successful integration of residents into the workforce as a core objective. A family home accommodates the homeless and refugees with residency permits and places particularly high demands on its residents between comfort and integration. Therefore, our homes offer various services to successfully integrate the residents into the working life in Germany. This includes our language school, which supports refugees in learning the language. In addition, we have partnerships with vocational training companies that are mainly active in the crafts and care sectors and enable our residents to start an independent life. Our team consists of experienced professionals who are passionately committed to developing the best possible co-living experience and want to offer our residents the highest level of service.

EXPANSION
The expansion of the co-living properties is mostly carried out by us or our partners ourselves. Here, a concept is created that designs the expansion and arrangement of the living space as efficiently as possible based on the needs of the future users. All furniture for the apartments is provided by us or our partners during the restructuring of existing properties and is centrally manufactured.
